Return Policy

At still nordic we have a 365-days return policy.  If you wish to return your order you must do so within 365 days of when you, the purchaser, or a third party other than the carrier received the order. All returned items must be undamaged and returned in original packaging including polybag and hangtags. 
All costs related to returning the goods lie on the returning part and is not covered by still nordic.
Exchange for something else? – Please return your items as described below and place a new order.


How to return - EU

1. Please print and fill in this return form.

2. Make sure that the items you wish to return are packed securely and safely, and that you’ve enclosed the return form.

3. Ship the return package with a currier of your choice (please avoid using DAO since they do not deliver to business adresses) and always WITH distribution, to the following address:

How to return – Worldwide

1. Please print and fill in this return form.

2. Make sure that the items you wish to return are packed securely and safely, and that you’ve enclosed the return form.

3. To ensure that your return is processed correctly when arriving in Denmark, please attach a Returned Goods Invoice where it clearly states that the package is a return. You can print out the invoice you received from still nordic when the order was placed, and manually mark the invoice “RETURNED GOODS” – or you can fill out this Invoice formThe invoice must be attached on the OUTSIDE of the package, and easily accessible by the Customs Agency. Most currier offices can provide you with an attachable document pocket.

4. Ship the return package with a courier of your choice and always WITH distribution, to the following address:

    Refund

    Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible, no later than after 14 days. When the return is processed you will automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refunded amount will be returned via the payment method used for the purchase. Freight charges will not be refunded. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

    Terms of return

    It is very important than you enclose the return form with your return, as it helps us identify the orders origin. Orders returned without a return form risk not being refunded in a timely matter or at all.

    To be eligible for a full refund of the goods value, all returned items must be in the same undamaged condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with original hang tags, and in its original packaging. You will be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling of the product beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and properties of the product and how it works. If you use the item before exercising your right to cancel and return it to us, or if the goods are damaged during transport, you will also be liable for the decrease in value.

    All costs related to returning the goods lie on the returning part and is not covered by still nordic. Products sent ‘postage due’ or ‘cash on delivery’ will not be accepted. Also note that transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation or refusal of a package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

    Your return shipment must always be sent with distribution – regardless of the choice of carrier. We cannot accept returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points than the stated address.

    You bear the risk and the liability for the returned items until we receive them. We therefore recommend that the goods be packed securely and safely before return, and that you keep proof of dispatch of the goods.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defect, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
