Parties to the agreement
This sales agreement is entered into between still nordic ApS (“us” or “we”) and the customer ("you").
The purchase will be made in accordance with these sales and delivery conditions, which you must accept in order to place an order.
You can only rely on the contents of individual agreements and order confirmations, and the information provided in connection with your order, including the prices you accept during the ordering process.
Only persons over 18 years of age with a valid credit or debit card in their own name can place orders in the webshop. You therefore declare, by placing an order, that you are 18 or over.
Submission of orders
In order to make a purchase, you must first select the product(s) you want to buy. To complete your purchase, select "checkout", either immediately after selecting an item or via the "shopping cart" function. Then enter customer, delivery and card details in a new, secure window. In order to place the order, you must accept these sales and delivery conditions.
Once you have placed your order, you will be automatically sent an e-mail with an acknowledgement of receipt of the order. This acknowledgment is also your order confirmation and contains the necessary information for your documentation of the order. The e-email will be forwarded to the address you specified during the ordering process.
The expected time of delivery is stated in the order confirmation.
We will send the invoice for the shipment when the goods are dispatched from us.
Retention of orders and language
We do not keep agreements after fulfilment in such a way that they are accessible to you later. We therefore ask you to save the order confirmation and invoice that you receive for possible later use.
The agreement will be concluded in Danish.
Prices
All prices on items at www.stillnordic.com are quoted in EUR including 25% VAT and excluding shipping and charges. The total price to be paid, including shipping and charges, when you pay by debit or credit card etc. will be calculated and reported on presentation of the item where possible. The total price you have to pay will also be calculated and reported before completion and implementation of the purchase.
When you buy multiple items, shipping costs can only be definitely ascertained on completion of the purchase.
In cases where the price cannot be definitely calculated prior to final order placement, we tell you how total price is to be calculated.
Please note: if you are located outside of EU (United States, United Kingdom, Norway & Switzerland) additional costs may occur due to customs duty. It is your, as the costumers, responsibility to cover all costs that may occur.
Freight costs
We offer free shipping to costumers located inside EU on purchases over EUR 260 ex. shipping and charges.
For orders outside of EU we do not offer free shipping.
For deliveries to islands not connected by bridges, however, the price will be determined individually and indicated before the order is completed.
Freight costs will not be charged on the individual item, but on the total purchase. Shipping costs can therefore only be definitely stated at the end of the purchasing process, but always before the purchase transaction is carried out.
Payment
Payment for purchased items must be made either online using Dankort, Visa/Dankort, VISA or VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, JBC, PayPal or MobilePay. The conditions for this will be stated and accepted separately.
Where a debit card is used, card details must be entered when the order is placed, but we will only debit the amount on dispatch of the goods to you.
We use a payment system which has been approved by CLEARHAUS. All data communications during the purchasing process, including customer data, order data and payment data, take place over an encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that unauthorised persons cannot see the data being exchanged.
When SSL encryption is enabled, you will see a padlock at the bottom of the page in most browsers, and the URL will start with https://.
We do not record or store your credit card and account information.
Delivery and delivery time
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after placement. When the goods are shipped from our warehouse, we will send an e-mail to you with the invoice for the purchase.
If an order is placed before 12 noon on weekdays, the goods will usually be shipped on the same day if the item is in stock.
For items on back order, the expected delivery time will be notified to the e-mail address specified during the ordering process. The delivery date may be later than 30 days after you have placed your order. If we cannot deliver your ordered goods within 30 days, you will be given the option to cancel the order.
Delivery will be effected to the postal address you have specified for deliveries when you ordered.
Cooling-off period
If you are a consumer, you have a 365 day cooling off period to cancel the purchase of goods from our webshop. For goods where there is no cooling-off period, this will be indicated in connection with the product in the webshop.
The cooling-off period will run from the day on which you physically receive the goods. If the order is delivered in multiple parts, the cooling-off period will be counted from the day on which the last part is delivered to you.
If the last day of the cooling-off period falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, 24 December or 31 December, the cooling-off period will end on the following day.
You cannot exercise your right to cancel by rejecting the item upon receipt, unless you also inform us in an unambiguous way that you wish to exercise your right to cancel.
Return and refund

If you wish to exercise you right to cancel your order, the goods must be returned as soon as possible, and always within 365 days. The goods must be returned to:

You bear the risk and the liability for the returned items until we receive them. We therefore recommend that the goods be packed securely and safely before return, and that you keep proof of dispatch of the goods.
You must pay all costs of returning the goods yourself. Products sent postage due or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
No later than 14 days after we have received your returned items, we will refund the amount you have paid for the goods. Freight charges will not be refunded.
The refund will be made by the same method of payment that you used in making the purchase.
However, notwithstanding the above, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received either the item itself or documentation to show that the goods have been returned to us.
The goods should be as new when they are returned, including original packaging, hangtags and polybag. You will be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling of the product beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and properties of the product and how it works.
In other words, you can try out the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If you use the item before exercising your right to cancel and return it to us, or the goods are damaged during return transport, you will then be liable for the decrease in value.
When returning goods, please fill out and enclose our return slip with your return. IF you are returning an order from outside of EU you also need to fill out and attach a Returned Goods Invoice. The Returned Goods Invoice, must be attached on the outside of the package, easily accessible.
Faults, complaints and complaint handling
The warranty rules in the Danish Sale of Goods Act will apply to the purchase.
As a consumer you have a 24 month warranty under the Sale of Goods Act. For items with a limited lifetime, the warranty is limited to the usual lifetime of the product in question.
The warranty covers only original faults - i.e. defects that were present at the time of delivery, regardless of whether or not these were visible at this point. Damage to the goods occurring after delivery and through normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or by other detrimental treatment does not constitute a defect for which we are liable.
The warranty will be calculated in all cases from the time you received the item.
Warranty claims must be submitted to us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.

If there is a fault in the purchased item, Section 78 of the Sale of Goods Act allows you to choose between 1) rectification of the defect, 2) replacement, 3) an appropriate reduction or 4) cancellation of the purchase if the defect is not trivial. You may not, however, request rectification or replacement if this is impossible or will cause us disproportionate costs.
If we offer to remedy a deficiency or effect replacement, you cannot, however, demand a reduction or cancel the purchase.
We will bear (reasonable) costs of returning the item and we will re-send it to you at no charge.
